SaleDay Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms describe your use of SaleDay, a browser extension for planning and creating Etsy promotions. By using SaleDay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the extension.

Using SaleDay

Use SaleDay only with shops you own or are authorized to manage. You must meet the eligibility requirements of the services you use, and comply with applicable laws and Etsy’s rules. SaleDay is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy or Google.

Do not use SaleDay for fraud, unauthorized account access, or interference with other users or services. Do not bypass billing or usage limits. Keep your Google and Etsy accounts secure and never share passwords or sign-in codes with support.

Reviewing and creating promotions

You choose your shop, dates, discount percentages, and promotion scope. Review these details before confirming creation. Confirming a run authorizes SaleDay to create the reviewed promotions in your signed-in Etsy shop.

SaleDay can create real promotions, including when billing is in sandbox mode. Check the results in Etsy. Browser interruptions, Etsy changes, and network problems can interrupt a run or leave a result uncertain. Check Etsy before retrying an uncertain result to avoid duplicate promotions.

Pausing or stopping a run does not remove promotions already created. Manage or end those promotions directly in Etsy. SaleDay does not guarantee increased sales, promotion acceptance, or uninterrupted operation.

Free allowance and Pro

Your SaleDay account includes one free promotion month for one Etsy shop. Your first free creation run reserves that month and shop. Additional sales within that same month and shop are included; creating new schedules for another month or shop requires Pro. Signing in through another browser profile does not reset the allowance. Planning, previews, and saved plans remain free.

Pro access depends on your account’s subscription status. A previously authorized run can resume under the same SaleDay account. A new run requires an available free allowance or active Pro access.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Before subscribing, review the price, currency, billing interval, and payment terms shown at checkout. A recurring subscription renews according to those terms until canceled. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe.

Use Manage subscription in SaleDay’s Account section to cancel or update billing. When cancellation takes effect at the end of a paid billing period, Pro remains available until that period ends. Signing out, deleting local browser data, or uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.

If you have a billing error or refund request, contact support. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law continue to apply. Checkout clearly marked as sandbox or test mode does not take real payment.

Saved plans and privacy

Saved plans stay in the Chrome profile where you save them and are not synced through your SaleDay account. Removing the extension or browser data may remove those plans. Keep a separate copy of important schedules.

The SaleDay Privacy Policy explains how SaleDay handles information. Account deletion, subscription cancellation, removal of local browser data, and ending Etsy promotions are separate actions. Contact support for account-data requests.

Availability and changes

SaleDay may change as its features and the services it depends on change. We may restrict access for misuse or to address a security issue. If a change affects your subscription, contact support for assistance.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated through the website, extension, or account contact details as appropriate. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
