SaleDay helps you plan monthly promotions and create daily whole-shop sales after you review and confirm the schedule. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy.

For troubleshooting, include your SaleDay version, what you were trying to do, the error message, and the affected promotion date. Include your SaleDay account email if the issue concerns billing. Screenshots are helpful; hide private information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens, API keys, or full card details.

Start using SaleDay

  1. Open your Etsy Shop Manager’s Sales and discounts page.
  2. Open SaleDay and click Refresh shop if the active shop is missing or incorrect.
  3. Choose a month, add discounts and dates, and review the schedule.
  4. Confirm the shop, dates, percentage, and scope before selecting Confirm and create on Etsy.
  5. Check the completion results and verify the promotions in Etsy.

Automatic creation currently supports whole-shop sales. Keep the relevant Etsy tab available while a run is processing. If a run pauses, read its message before continuing. Check Etsy when a result is uncertain rather than starting another run blindly.

Plans and accounts

Where are my saved plans? Saved plans stay in the Chrome profile where you saved them. You can reuse them in other shops in that profile. They are not synced through your SaleDay account and may disappear when you uninstall the extension.

Does another shop or profile get another free schedule? No. One free monthly schedule belongs to your authenticated SaleDay account across Etsy shops and Chrome profiles. Planning, previews, and saved plans remain free. Pro allows new schedules after that allowance is used.

Can I finish a paused run after Pro ends? A previously authorized run can resume and finish under the same SaleDay account. A new schedule requires available free allowance or Pro. Pausing and stopping an existing run do not require Pro.

Subscription help

Open Account to check your plan. Use Refresh status after checkout or a billing change. Use Manage subscription to update payment details or cancel.

With cancellation at the end of the billing period, Pro remains available until the paid period ends. If a payment fails, SaleDay may show Free and a payment-attention message. Use Manage subscription to resolve the payment, then refresh status.

Uninstalling SaleDay or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Manage billing separately through the billing portal.

The current private build is a sandbox test: no real payment is taken. SaleDay still creates real Etsy promotions when you confirm creation. Check the sandbox badge in Account.

Stopping or removing promotions

Pause after this sale requests a pause after the current sale finishes. Stop remaining sales stops the remaining work; it does not remove promotions already created. Manage or end those promotions in Etsy’s Sales and discounts page.

Privacy and data requests

Read the SaleDay Privacy Policy. To request access to or deletion of SaleDay account data, email support from your account’s email address. Account deletion, subscription cancellation, local browser-data removal, and ending Etsy promotions are separate actions.
