SaleDay Support

SaleDay helps you plan monthly promotions and create separate whole-shop sales after you review and confirm the schedule. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy.

Contact us

Email saledaysupport@gmail.com for help or an account-data request.

For troubleshooting, include your SaleDay version, what you were trying to do, the error message, and the affected promotion date. Include your SaleDay account email if the issue concerns billing. Screenshots are helpful; hide private information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens, API keys, or full card details.

Start using SaleDay

  1. Open your Etsy Shop Manager’s Sales and discounts page.
  2. Open SaleDay and click Refresh shop if the active shop is missing or incorrect.
  3. Choose a month, add discounts and dates, and review the schedule.
  4. Confirm the shop, dates, percentage, and scope before selecting Confirm and create on Etsy.
  5. Check the completion results and verify the promotions in Etsy.

Automatic creation currently supports whole-shop sales. Keep the relevant Etsy tab available while a run is processing. If a run pauses, read its message before continuing. Check Etsy when a result is uncertain rather than starting another run blindly.

Plans and accounts

Where are my saved plans? Saved plans stay in the Chrome profile where you saved them. You can reuse them in other shops in that profile. They are not synced through your SaleDay account and may disappear when you uninstall the extension.

Does another shop or profile get another free trial? No. Your SaleDay account includes one 30-day trial from signup for one Etsy shop. Your first creation run assigns that shop. Separate runs within the trial are included. Signing in from another Chrome profile does not reset the trial.

Can I finish a paused run after Pro ends? A previously authorized run can resume and finish under the same SaleDay account. A new schedule requires available free allowance or Pro. Pausing and stopping an existing run do not require Pro.

Subscription help

Planning, previews, and saved plans are free. Your account has a one-time 30-day trial from signup for one Etsy shop. Pro costs $4.99/month for up to 3 shops. Business costs $12.99/month for up to 10 shops. Applicable tax may be added. For 11 or more shops, contact saledaysupport@gmail.com for Enterprise pricing. Enterprise access is arranged individually. Separate runs for included shops are allowed.

Both paid plans cover the rest of this month and all of next month (UTC). Free sale dates must fall within your 30-day trial. Unavailable dates appear gray. Available paid-plan months advance each calendar month. Paid plans renew monthly; cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the current period ends.

Open Account → Manage subscription to cancel or update payment details. Uninstalling SaleDay does not cancel your subscription. Sales already created on Etsy remain.

Upgrades are charged on a prorated basis and take effect after Stripe confirms the change. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Included shop slots reset on renewal; upgrading does not reset shops already used in the current period.

Stopping or removing promotions

Pause after this sale requests a pause after the current sale finishes. Stop remaining sales stops the remaining work; it does not remove promotions already created. Manage or end those promotions in Etsy’s Sales and discounts page.

Privacy and data requests

Read the SaleDay Privacy Policy. To request access to or deletion of SaleDay account data, email support from your account’s email address. Account deletion, subscription cancellation, local browser-data removal, and ending Etsy promotions are separate actions.
